Planning & Design - Where Your Dreams Take Shape
With a modest design fee, we embark on the exciting phase of planning and design. Bring us your collections of photos, Pinterest & Instagram images, scrapbooks, and sketches. We assess your block, embracing its unique features to ensure your dream home harmoniously blends with its surroundings. This stage is where the magic begins, where your ideas evolve into a tangible plan.
Contract & Approvals - Laying the Groundwork
In this critical phase, we draft your plans, conduct soil tests, and prepare the engineering plan. A fixed price proposal is presented, followed by the approval of the contract. We handle all council approvals, ensuring every detail is accounted for.
Construction - Bringing Your Vision to Life
Construction begins with the creation of a client portal for consistent updates, ensuring you are always in the loop via:
Selection Schedule: You are notified when selections are upcoming and also when due.
Detailed up to date financial summaries: So you can keep an eye on your budget if adding any variations.
Progress Tracking: via live updates, so you know exactly where each stage of the project is at.
Essential Document Access: All your project-related documents, from architectural drawings to paperwork, are securely housed for easy retrieval.
Seamless Communication Record: Every interaction, query, and discussion is meticulously logged through the portal.From slab construction or subfloor to the internal linings and final touches, every stage is handled with precision. Handover - The Celebration of a New Beginning
The final step is a celebration. We conduct a thorough Quality Assurance Check, provide you with a Home Operational Manual, and walk you through your new home. Our commitment extends beyond the handover, with a 6-month maintenance period and a 7-year construction warranty, ensuring peace of mind in your new home.
